I/we the undersigned know that bowling like all other physical sporting activities is a potentially hazardous activity and that I /we should not participate unless medically and physically able. I also assume any and all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the conditions of the bowling lanes and facility, all such risks being know and appreciated by me. In consideration of acceptance of the entry, I hereby relinquish any and all claims for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim me on their behalf covenant not to sue, and waive and release Furry Friends Network and any or all sponsors, and each of their representatives, offices and employees for liability, and I further agree to save and hold harmless said parties against any cost, loss, injury or damage to person or property that may arise by virtue of the undersigned engaging in the bowling event.
