Dear Whitney Maisano,
Thank you for your interest in opening your heart and home to one of our foster dogs. I am the volunteer that will be processing your application. Please shoot me an email back to let me know you received this and are still interested in adopting from us.
For your reference, it could take up to 2 weeks to go through the whole process. Please be aware that all members of the household, including current dogs, must come to central PA to meet and adopt. We appreciate your compliance throughout the application process, and we hope that you will refer to our expectations page to review the policies which were presented to you prior to filling out your application.
Please note that there are multiple applications open for most dogs in our care at any given time. Our policy is to process and review all applications in the order they are received, with consideration given to those applications that do not experience delays due to gaps in veterinary care, scheduling conflicts, etc. We cannot hold or reserve a dog for an applicant until the application has been approved. In the event this animal is adopted while your application is still being processed, we will let you know immediately to see if you wish to continue the approval process.
