your calendars for Race for Their Lives 2008– a
5K run and 2-mile fun walk with varying distance
options to accommodate
all levels of fitness!! It will be held September
20, 2008 at Gifford Pinchot State Park. The park
includes
swimming areas for our furry friends, as well as
their human counterparts. Registration @ 8:00 a.m.
and Race
@ 9:00 a.m. Food, fun and lots of prizes for the
entire family! We are asking you to once again join
us for
this special event and collect sponsors to raise
money for the hundreds of animals that Furry Friends
Network
helps each year. With your support, we will find
loving homes for thousands more and continue our
life saving
mission. We hope to see all of FFN’s past program
participants and their humans who are up for the
challenge of paying it forward and helping another
furry friend
find a loving home! Furry Friends Network is also
looking for sponsors and donated prizes! If you would
like to contribute
new items for prizes— anything from jewelry
to timeshare vacations—it all makes for a great

This is a
huge craft event for the whole family, live entertainment,
pumpkin
desserts, petting zoo. This is a family event featuring
arts and crafts, food and desserts, games, car and
truck show, pumpkin related theme contests, and live
entertainment both days.
