Please note very few extra shirts will be available on race day, so please pre-register by September 15, 2007.

I know that running a race is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter and run unless I/my dog are medically able and properly trained.  I also know that, although traffic protection will be provided, there will be traffic on the course and I assume the risk of running in traffic with my dog.  I also assume any and all other risks associated with running this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, contact with other dogs, the effects of the weather and the conditions of the roads, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.  In consideration of acceptance of the entry, I hereby relinquish any and all claims for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might make claims on my behalf covenant not to sue, and waive and release Furry Friends Network and any and all sponsors, and each of their representatives, offices and employees for liability and I further agree to save and hold harmless said parties against any cost, loss, injury or damage to person, dog or property that may arise by virtue of the undersigned engaging in the 5K run or 2 mile fun walk. *

We encourage you to run with your pet; however, please only bring dogs that are well behaved, physically fit, spayed/neutered (fixed), licensed and current on vaccinations. All pets should be wearing ID tags and be kept on a leash at all times. Water, treats and clean up bags will be provided. We ask that participants dispose of all pet waste in the proper receptacles. Snacks and a light lunch will be provided for participants.
